3. Orders & Confirmation
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through the contact details you provide. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability if an item is found to be out of stock.
If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Please ensure that your name, phone number, delivery address, and other order details are correct. NOTEBOX cannot be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
4. Shipping & Delivery
NOTEBOX offers delivery within the areas supported by our delivery service in Jordan.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on orders over JOD 25, subject to the delivery terms displayed at checkout.
Delivery Time: Same-day delivery for fast delivery option and within 2 days for standard delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and delivery conditions.
Delivery Details: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive their orders.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe "Same Day". However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges: Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase, where applicable.
Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for defective or faulty products, subject to verification and in accordance with applicable Jordanian consumer protection laws.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where applicable, photographs of the item.
